Pros

Wings really cares about their employees, great benefits, great coworkers. Compensation is on par with competitors. People really care making members financial lives better. They love to hire from within. Company is growing quickly.

Cons

Low ability to work remotely, larger scale projects move very slowly throughout the company. There is not a lot of room for growth in some positions.

Nice office culture and atmosphere. Very good work/life balance. Reasonable and realistic goals to meet each month. Training is very helpful.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company. It is the perfect place to began a career in the financial industry.

Pay is very competitive, people are great to work with and knowledgeable because many of them have been there for an extended period of time

Cons

Difficult to move up, easy to move laterally. Have to make a great positive impression to get somewhere quicker, otherwise you need to put in your time.
