Pros

Friendly and positive atmosphere. I worked with great people, which really helps for those times when we were under stressful situations. They offer great benefits and perks to their employees and there are opportunities to apply to other departments and grow with the company. The president makes a point to connect with the employees. I would still work there if I hadn't moved to another state.

Cons

Like any job that involves customer service you can't please all the people all the time.

Pros

Wings really cares about the members and it drives what we do from the top down. Our Board and SMT have done a phenomenal job with managing the members money such that we have experience continued growth even through tough economic times. Wings values its employees and strives to make the point that family is vitally important and provides the flexbility needed to take care of what's important. Employee engagement is valued and appreciated!

Cons

Wings can tend to run lean due to the mantra of maximizing the return to the member. That challenge will always be there as we work to take care of employees while at the same time give back as much as we can to the members of the cooperative.
