A lot of really good people work there.

Cons

Leadership makes millions in salaries bonuses and retirement benefits-securing their own futures is what motivates them. They treat members like garbage. PTO and vacation plans are a joke.

Pros

Used to be a forward thinking credit union but that was chucked out the window when they removed local tellers from their branches.

Cons

Cut labor, remove local jobs, lose customers. It's a no brainer. Cutting their labor costs was seen as an advantage vs human contact and actual customer service.

Cons

Terrible experience with branch managers so your work quality will depend which branch you end up in. Turnovers are terrible. Not treated exactly fairly. Turning into a big corporate. Turned into sales oriented institution. This place used to be splendid to work for. Many unhappy employees due to lack of support and understanding.
