Pros

I've been working for Wings for about a year now and coming here was one of the best career decision I've made! They truly care about their employees and listen to our ideas. I was looking for an opportunity to make a difference and affect change, and I definitely found it here. They are investing a lot of money into technology, which is really exciting to see. Wings has an amazing benefits package - benefits begin on day 1 and the 401k match is the best I've seen. Great PTO plan, profit sharing and bonus plan. Employees are truly valued here. The company does "Wings Wednesdays" every week. They provide a company catered lunch or treat every every week and an opportunity for employees to come together and have fun if you're onsite. We have an onsite gym and beer and wine taps too. :)

Cons

Not much flexibility for remote work for leaders - need to be onsite 3-4 days/week which isn't ideal for everyone. But, the culture and fun office environment help make up for that!

Great learning opportunity In depth training If you like learning everything about a branch its a great role in the company. The UBA position is a good stepping stone to figure out what you want to do with the company or outside of it.

Cons

Management lacks accountability (Dependent on branch) Staffing is a massive issue Nothing is being done to keep older/ experienced staff in place. Recent pay changes have brought new employees to or close to the same pay as tenured staff (7+ years)
