Cons

As a former Superintendent they expected me to work on demolished apartments for HUD turnarounds. Working until 1 or 2 in the early morning to be up at 7:00 in the morning for a HUD inspection. They do not like to pay you for your blood, sweat and tears. Had to work on a mold project and they couldn't even get me a protective suit. As Superintendents, you have no say in anything. They are always looking to hire Supers because they either fire them if they are too vocal or they quit from the hard labor instead of hiring REAL contractors to do the job correctly! Cheap Company!

The company is currently acquiring more properties which expands the opportunities willing to grow within the company. Their focus on keeping up with the performance of their properties shows how dedicated they are to ensuring issues are addressed and resolved.

Cons

Upper management/ corporate aren't really transparent with the on site staff regarding what is expected to be done. The professional support of the company seems sketchy and the ability to get things done are limited by the support of corporate to pay for things that need to get done on the property.
