None other than a headache a whole lot of aggravation and no back up most of the people are out for what is best for them.

Cons

No raises, no incentives other than to keep your job. Management does not back you up no one is held accountable for anything. Doesn't matter if it's other co workers or tenants anything and everything will be glossed over or forgotten about. Anything you're promised you better get it in writing otherwise you will not get it. But if you're maintenance be prepared for on call because they will call for anything such as a light bulb out or a car needing to be towed or my personal favorite "I can't figure out how to turn on my a/c you need to come out here and turn it on its your job". I wish I was joking but if you do decide to work here all I can do is wish you the best of luck.

Pros

Most management on site is great and the position has a lot of freedom to plan events as you see fit.

Cons

Corporate tries to babysit everyone and the brand management and design guidelines are outdated and restrictive. New ideas need to be introduced and marketing needs to be proactive, not reactive.

Excellent benefits, tons of training, management allows you to think on your own, does not micro manage you and trust you to make a decision. We all take responsibility for actions and work to improve the overall resident experience.Very strong upper management, with excellent property management experience. No slackers tolerate,d if you are not a strong person and look for excellence no need to apply! However, great place to work if you are interested in learning, and moving up quickly this is a great place for you. Pride of working with our military.

Cons

Long hours are always welcome.
