Great place to work and enjoy working with the nursing faculty. Nursing faculty provided the necessary information to help with clinical rotations with students

Cons

Would like flexibility to be able to work more clinical hours.

Pretty steady...do your work, stay employed.

Cons

Raises are bound by the State, and if the State does not approve raises, employees don't get one. Not alot of room for advancement, but it isn't the fault of the school, they have to follow State mandated rules and regulations. Lots of politics.

It was like going to war everyday and management was very in professional and asked staff to do things that were unethical.
