"Enter to Learn" Depart to Serve" Each employee aims to serve the students. It is a really laid back experience. You can start from the bottom and work your way up in administration.

Cons

Pay is a little less compared to other UNC college system schools. With the new chancellor now it should be great improvement and more prospective administration.

Learned about the hardware and software functions for a computer very quickly because of the accessibility to my supervisor. Very relaxed working environment. Positive coworkers.

Cons

Slow at times. Learning a lot outside your position is limited at times.
