Pros

Remote Work. Free Gym Membership. Supervisor is down-to-earth and fights for us every chance he can.

Cons

Our department keeps gaining responsibility, yet our compensation remains stagnant. (Paid less than 80% of workers with our qualifications...) Upper Management often ignores us. Automation ironically creates more work for our department. Poor implementation of various applications leads to more headaches. This company won't survive when crypto goes mainstream as company has no plans to manage crypto assets.
