I loved my team and customers, Wintrust is a community bank with big bank technology.

Cons

Old s Life crisis such as a death were not given the proper respect that should have been given.

Work/life balance is good. Culture is pretty relaxed. Compensation seems pretty good given the relatively light expectations.

Cons

Not the most competitive place in the world. Old school management who generally seem pretty overconfident in my experience... though they seem competent overall
