Pros

Seeing the growth of the children and helping them with this progress.

Cons

Upper management of the clinic do not treat technicians with kindness. A tense work environment because of upper management.

Pros

Flexible schedules and great kiddos.

Cons

Horrible supervisors, very low pay and compensation for driving. WEAP engages in abusive, cohesive programs for children. I was ordered by supervisors to make children face the wall, tip their head make to force them to drink out of a cup, and threaten children with parental spankings if they didn’t comply with parents. I quit after a month and went back to school. Horrible cohesive ABA that does not respect individuals with Autism as unique and wonderful people with a different way of looking at the word and self regulating differently.
