      Pros

      TransferWise embraces diversity and uniqueness. This is not your typical corporate environment, so don't expect that. The first place that I have ever worked where Teamwork is not just a word...it is a reality. Not only does the company listen to the ideas of customers and employees....they implement them when it will make a positive change.

      Cons

      Being a global company with offices in different countries, clear communication can sometimes be challenging. But...if you are proactive and seek out what you need...there is always someone to help you!

      Nothing , only maybe days off

      Uff where can I start , this company is liberal to its bones , if you are a common sense person do not waste your time here to be honest . It will fry your mind in the ideas they have here and you will be rolling your eyes every day . You co workers will betray you and the company is very chaotic , there are no adults here , this is an adult children daycare . Everything is based on Talinn and these people are a nightmare to work with , they are the worst people you will ever work with you can’t reason with them. Do yourself a favor and don’t work here , you will regret it .

      Some free snacks and coffee, ample sick time

      Cons

      poor training, disorganization within the team, software and app is always breaking, they will fire you without a second thought if your performance is below the unattainable metrics and without any feedback.
