      PTO, sick time, 401k, sabbatical

      Cons

      In the last year, new set of managers turned the place very toxic. Your 15 days of sick will not be enough to recover from all mental problems you will have working here

      Benefits are competitive. There was plenty of opportunity.

      Cons

      You will be discarded no matter your tenure. This job is stressful at all levels. People joke about finishing all work in 40 hours.

      Colorful office and unique people

      Cons

      The culture was great, until it wasn't. It feels more stressful and less authentic. They're trying to keep startup vibes but this is a call center. They do not care about US based employees.
