- Great starting pay for entry level work - Incredible culture of diversity and inclusivity - Great perks and benefits (dental, vision, medical, ample PTO, free snacks and subsidized lunch, great working office, ability to work from home occasionally)

Cons

- Incessant changes in the name of improvement, but at the cost of agent burnout / mental health strain - Inconsistent knowledge/messaging among company (preaching of inclusivity, accommodation, employee well-being, but constantly increasing pressure to perform well via use of tedious and micromanaging performance statistics)

The benefits are good. Onboarding training was good and fun.

Cons

A terrible lead who was always absent. It was her way only. She doesn't listen to any feedback. My team talked so much $ h i t behind her back in this private chat. The person who would relay the message got fired who was actually had great work ethics, never late and had good scores who kept improving.
