Benefits are amazing, PTO, health insurance, 401k, stocks. You cant complain.

Cons

There is really limited place to grow in Tampa office. Salary is really low, it's hard to believe you start at 14hour. If you are planning to build a career, this is not the right place.

Start up company, possibility for advancement, Great work environment, possibility to work from home after 5 months. Great co workers. Possibility to travel to offices in Europe.

Cons

Foreign company not fully aware of customer service in the States. No clear leadership.
