Pros

Amazing culture, good - supportive colleagues, no bs. You can literally join the company and become a TL within the year, or go get another position. Lots of internal opportunities, managers willing to give people a chance to prove themselves, which is a MUST have for me. In my former company i couldn’t even dream about this.

Cons

KYC being managed by a clueless former CS manager who is absolutely horrendous.
