      - good amount of PTO - Flexible working hours -Fun community

      -The employees in the budapest office do not make the same amount as another person would in Tallinn office or USA office for the same type of job

      Lack of transparency. Lack of honesty. Hire of fake/immature managers. Clicks. Low salary. Ridiculous KPIs
