Pros

In general this is a company with devoted smart people in which they build a nice product. It's challenging and it's a good thing.

Cons

Feels like the entire company is understaffed. Some managers can put an unreasonable pressure because seems another unreasonable pressure is put on them. You sometimes have to be everyone - PM, engineer, tester, god knows who else. Everyone is extremely busy and not responsive. The techincal debt is neglected and it results in slow delivery for which you yourself can be punished.

Good benefits, including huge office with snacks, drinks and sports opportunities. Fast-paced environment = faster opportunities

Cons

Fast paced environment = high stress. Lower levels on management not informed of decisions on time to react their teams for more efficient performance.
