Benefits are great, since it is a European company wont find much comparable in US as far as time off

Cons

Culture can feel a bit cliquey at times. The company is extremely reactive. Like the job you start with wont be the same or possibly wont even be a role 6 months later

- Lives true to the mission of fast, cheap, quality currency transfers - Vibe is good - Passion is there

Cons

- Fast work environment, if you're not down for that then this isn't for you - Lots of learning quickly, adapting everyday

Pros

- pay - always something new to learn - good culture, very collaborative and I haven’t seen or experienced any toxicity

Cons

- hectic - everyone thinks their project is the most urgent - needs more people that understand what it means to be a regulated financial services company (as opposed to just a tech company that moves fast and breaks things)
