Pros

Very open culture, people are friendly. Different events organized healthy food sessions, yoga sessions, Halloween/Christmas parties, summer days are great. If you want to take on more responsibility, you won't be stopped.

Cons

Mid-level compensation, it's the only one. I don’t have a major negative side to express.
