      I'm really happy to work in an international environment with such friendly people and amazing opportunities. The support from coworkers really makes my job interesting. It's a nice challenge to keep up with such a fast growing company!

This is never going to be a walk in park, whatever position or team you work in - Building processes and systems as we go can mean those desiring a structured workload can struggle - Requires a lot of dedication on an individual level - A lot is expected from each employee. Will be difficult for those with lots of commitments outside of work
