      Everyone is friendly, really great environment to grow and learn, and awesome facility,

      Pay could be a lot better. Parking could be improved not a lot of parking available on site.

      Pros

      Wise is focused not only on it's customers but also its employees. I have never worked at a job where I felt that I was more then another wheel in the machine. Wise's sense of inclusivity and understanding I am a person on my own is the most beneficial thing in a job anyone could ask for. I feel seen, heard, and understood for the first time at a job.

      I don't know of any cons to this job and if there are I haven't found any.
