      1. No working overtime 2. Tasks are not so challenging

      1. Management from mid-level employers is disgusting. They often exploits engineers. Some of them do not take responsibilities. 2. Poor management of resources (Cloud compute instances, servers, etc) managed by IT. They lack professional knowledge. 3. Growth of personal ability is limited
