Great office environment and coworkers. Department managers are very helpful and good decision makers. Overall, a great place to start at entry level to gain experience fast.

Cons

Salary is way below average at junior and senior level, thus not allowing for talent to stay. Underperforming coworkers are unlikely to get fired due to beurocracy. During high tide (3 out of 6 months), expect loads of overtime (about 50 extra hours a month) and work-life imbalance.
