Pros

Honestly, the only positive thing about this place is the holiday bonus.

Cons

The accounting department is a revolving door from the top of the chain to the bottom of it and almost the entire department is trying to leave. They use an app called Insightful to watch your every move. The pay is low for the current market. My manager was very incompetent and he micromanaged. Trust me, if you start there, you won't last long.

Pros

I’ve been with the firm for six years, and my journey here really shows the kind of opportunities that are available. I started in 2019 with nothing more than a U-Haul, a nine-hour drive, and a mattress—taking a chance on something I hoped would work out. At the time, I was starting fresh and just looking to build a life for myself. Over time, this firm has helped me grow not just professionally, but personally as well. Because of the stability and growth I’ve found here, I’ve been able to purchase my home, get married, and welcome my first child. What started as just a job has turned into a career that allows me to build a life I’m proud of. I began as a Client Support Associate working night shifts and, within two years, advanced to Team Lead. From there, I moved into a Supervisor role and was recently promoted to Manager in a different department. The growth here is real for those willing to put in the effort and stay committed. The culture is what sets this company apart. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employees. When I missed a company event due to a physical injury, the owner personally reached out to check on me and offer support—that level of care speaks for itself. I also had the opportunity to work under strong leadership in client support. My manager in client support made a real impact on my growth by consistently taking time to talk through my goals and help me understand what I needed to progress. Even during busy days, he would check in with the team to make sure everyone was doing okay and take the time to help people reset when needed. The company is very data-driven, which gives clear visibility into performance and expectations. It allows leadership to provide the right support and creates confidence in your long-term future here. There’s also a true “all hands on deck” mentality—when clients need help, teams across departments, including attorneys, come together to find the right solutions. It creates a strong sense of teamwork and purpose. This is a fast-paced environment, but it’s one that focuses on developing people and helping them reach their potential. If you’re willing to put in the work, this is a place where you can build a real career.

Cons

Fast paced environment, if you consider that a con.
