Pros

Witherite Law Group is a very people first organization, not just within its own employee culture but also with their client's and their communities. Witherite gives back to communities by hosting essential events that enable community leaders to be more charitible and serve their populations more effectively.

Cons

They're not in every country yet, the world will be a place with their service.

Strong pay, but toxic environment and poor leadership

Pros

The company pays really well and have a great philosophy of ensuring all of its employees make a decent living wage.

Cons

-Very very toxic environment -No sense of leadership - the owner micromanages from a distance -Micromanagers with reliance of an electronic tool (Insightful) to watch and lord over their employees -Very little work/life balance -Different rules for leadership/mgmt than for employees - no repercussions when leadership blatantly breaks the rules or code of conduct -Pretense to be inclusive of minorities (their EEOC records says different) -Employee engagement surveys that are done just to say they have done them (no voice of the employee)
