Pros

Amy is a great boss and she will make you feel appreciated when you’re doing well. She will give you raises without asking if you’re doing a good job.

Cons

Their is a lot of favoritism in the management team. If you’re not family or a friend of management, you will either get picked on or get micro managed. The only way to avoid it is to stay off their radar and away from them and you’ll be okay.

Place is a joke. You'll be promised that you can move up within the firm and grow but you'll be stuck in the same position being a glorified mail clerk. They're unprofessional and do not prepare you at all.
