Pros

I have heard the coversations at the office about how we can improve things. They talk about training, working with employees and what can be done to make things better. I read some of the negative reviews posted on here and I wonder why they stayed at a place that they hated so bad. I'm glad to know that I work for a company that will change and doesn't have a one tracked attitude that it is one way to be done.

Cons

Challenge of working at Woda? Having the negative people constantly bring down others and the company that we work for. This is a never ending task though.

It's in Westerville. I live in Westerville. Yup, that's about it. Proximity.

Cons

Office politics, favoritism, nepotism (and that young woman does NOT do her job well), surprise firings, and promotions based on who you know. Very Game of Thrones. Avoid at all costs. Management goes on vacations with employees...shudder.

Pros

Its a great place to start out, they are willing to train (depending on who your boss is) Somewhat flexible with hours.

Cons

They don't keep up wages of new hires to people who have been here for years. 3 years and making less than people I'm working with who've never done this line of work. If I quit they would bring someone new in and pay them more. Lots of upper management bullying. They think they are above the hardest of us workers, it's just about getting units filled no matter if it's legal or not. Responsibilities far out way pay.
