This is a great group of people to work with. We have a lot of talented people that do good work in affordable housing. I would never write a review but I feel like there are people posting inaccurate information because they didn't make the cut with this really great group.

Cons

The affordable housing industry has to work with a lot of government regulations and that can be frustrating.

There is a lot of opportunity for growth with this company. I started as a part time Manager and was promoted to a DM position quickly. This company likes to promote within which is great. Woda is growing fast and there are a lot of great opportunities. The people that work at corporate are great and always there to help.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about this company.

The ONLY pros were that I worked in the office alone and could set my office hours

Cons

Pathetric pay. NO insurance- it's a fixed indemnity. District and Regional managers ONLY care about their yearly bonuses so they tell property managers to get those units filled no matter what it takes so they can get their almighty yearly bonus for doing none of the work.
