Pros

I have worked for Woda Group for almost 3 years now. I started out as a property manager for almost a year and then I got promoted. There is definitely opportunity to grow within the company. I have great insurance benefits and great employees that work under me. I have been given the opportunity to go to great training programs and I now am certified in housing as well. All of the people that work at the corporate office are very helpful when needed and a joy to work with.

Cons

Sometimes the people that we deal with on daily basis are not always easy and can be difficult to deal with.

Pros

I have worked for Woda for over 9 years on 2 separate occasions. I started as a Property Manager in 2003 and left in 2007 to pursue a career using my Master's Degree. After realizing that a career in my educational field did not satisfy my desire to help people, I reapplied to Woda as soon as I was given the opportunity to do so. I returned to Woda in 2010, I have since been promoted and I have been offered the chance to attend numerous trainings over the years and have also received several certifications in the field of affordable housing. I feel as though I am a valued employee and that any concerns or ideas I have are always taken into consideration. This industry is not an easy field to work in and isn't for the faint of heart.

Cons

The cons, in my opinion, are industry related and not the fault of the company. Being on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, extensive travel, and poor attitudes received by employees who are looking for a lot of pay with little work. That is not a reality!

Pros

So many opportunities to grow. I have learned so much since I have started and if I ask for more training they always send me.

Cons

Every company has its pros and cons, I think a con would be communication between departments.
