      PTO, great team members, coworkers and many great peers

      Cons

      Just let go the only manager worth working for. Really had higher expectations of positive change when Karen and Jess came in. Upper management continues to think that workers cannot see the writing on the wall, so they lie or claim future goals are ambiguous at best so they[management] cannot give more definitive answers. That just might work if all your workers were in their 20's with limited experience in corporate politics.

      Increasingly Toxic Environment

      Pros

      Worked with the company for several years; overall, had a good experience with a number of different managers. Generally a friendly, supportive environment - or at least was. Sadly. this seems to be changing.

      Cons

      A prior reviewer wrote that management / HR is erratic and unpredictable and could easily turn on employees for unknown reasons. By and large, true. I witnessed this with others and by the end of my own tenure, had been on the receiving end of some shockingly infantile and mean-spirited behavior from an utterly narcissistic VP - not easy to deal with when you're doing the work of two people and your life/work balance is already out of whack. The quality of the management, in particular the kinds of personalities being promoted, has changed for the worse and is hurting the company's overall morale badly. There has been a notable exodus of employees - either terminated or resigning - over the past year.

      Its a job and thats about it.

      Cons

      Inexperienced senior management that are power hungry and unprofessional. The workload for product marketers is unmanageable and there is no work/ life balance. There is no trust and people will stab you in the back to make themselves look better. If you ask for help or express that you’re overwhelmed with the workload, you will get blamed for being inefficient. Hard work goes unnoticed. Everything is a top priority. Benefits and time off are terrible for Americans. Health insurance options are abysmal.
