Pros

Good co-workers; good number of vacation days; decent benefits package, nice office space outside of the city.

Cons

Management is terrible, does not listen to its employees about company direction; took away flexible work-from-home policy which enticed strong workers from outside the metro Boston area.

Pros

Competitive salary, ability to work from home (depends on manager), plenty of PTO. I was very pleased with this company with my prior manager.

Cons

A new manager was assigned to my team and it was like working for a micro-managing tyrant. WFH was taken away for no apparent reason. Every morning meeting felt like a "defend your job" session. Work environment went downhill fast. Whole team was demoralized.

Angry and immature organization

Pros

Flexibility to work from home

Cons

Leaders don't know how to nor are encoraged to collaborate. This creates a finger pointing, unproductive and unaccountable organization. Short term focus prevents organization from investing in proper technology for people and data management.
