Pros
Good reputation in industry, strong product development, editorial support for sales force and customers.. Sales leadership is generally upfront about direction of business and goals. Company strives to make sure that related business units work in partnership. While not well accepted by community new information platform is striving to offer tools and features that will become the "standard" for the future and all WK business units worldwide
Cons
Sales goals difficult to attain due to unpopular internet platform. Platform roll out pushed to customers before it was ready. Sales force was not appraised of key features that did not work well compared to old platform. Had to learn from customer comments and experiments.
