      - people are friendly and supportive - company mission is exciting and worthwhile

      Cons

      - middle and upper management are lost after a difficult acquisition - upper management has a history of punishing or outright firing employees who openly disagree with them - those who have remained in higher positions are politically tied together, with little room for outsiders to advance

      Decent Pay. Work From Home

      Cons

      Compartmentalized and no one wants to share information. Heavy reprimands for working with other parts of the company or sharing company data. A lot of talk behind others back and the overwhelming actions like everyone will do what ever it takes to keep their job despite ethics.

      Great bonus, if you are in the right department you get to work from home at times (but not all)

      Cons

      Well if you work in the right dept it can be great. If you don't, forget it. Anything goes wrong people start pointing fingers, they forget that people are doing their best in really tough conditions. There are too many "chiefs" not enough people to do the real work. Only certain people or groups get recognized for the work they do. It starts to get really discouraging.
