      -Hire talented people, cultural fit is extremely important -Friendly, fun and collaborative environment -Most leaders maintain a true open door policy and welcome new ideas

      -Vast cultural gap between Michigan and Boston office; oftentimes it felt as if Michigan leadership treated Boston as a suburb of Rockford, rather than the highly competitive landscape that it is.

      Complete lack of guidance,mentoring and training

      The company had great benefits. Most of the staff were great to work with. The hours of operation worked well with not being open after 8

      Cons

      The higher level management was demeaning and negative to staff. Constantly blamed managers for issues within the store that were pre-existing. Complete lack of on the job training as well as mentoring to assure the staff were up to date on all aspects of the company.
