      Stow environment is condusive to great customer service and overall satisfaction of the product. We have many repeat customers who love the product. Very cute store

      Cons

      Problems with being contantly over stocked in slow moving product. Hourly rate of pay for part time associates is not competitive resulting in high turn over

      The product the company has to offer is great quality. Love the customer interaction with the store. And IF you make numbers bonuses are good.

      Cons

      Company has changed too much throughout the years. Corporate changes are affecting the stores business. There is a huge lack of support from higher ups.
