Pros

My team was great, I loved the people I worked with every day as we were able to create a positive culture and working environment in our little pocket of the company. Benefits are pretty good (insurance not great) but discounts and things are generous.

Cons

Exec leadership is stakeholder first, employees last (except for themselves). Bonuses for regular employees has been abysmal while we watch exec leadership find workarounds with the financials to ensure their pockets get lined even in poor performing years. They claim To want outside-the-box thinking but then poo poo on anything that doesn’t fit their outdated view - read: executives are all old white haired men who have spent their entire careers here just taking care of one another and not really giving much care to brand building. It’s the kind of place where the people are great and you feel truly motivated to make a difference but the exec leadership just hamstrings you to death.

Pros

Plenty of work and then more work

Cons

5-7 hours of meetings every day, and plenty of work and more work and more work and more work and more work no matter how small the staff was or how many hours there really are in a day, 24 right?

Pros

Free product, some good people out in the field.

Cons

I feel like a mother watching her teenager make bad decisions that will surely wreck the rest of her life. Quality of product has gone down, getting away from tried and true core styles customers are still clamoring for, understaffed home office that is not able to fully support stores with day to day needs. Long winded new rules that micro manage and hinder ability to run store to fullest potential.
