They do not care about their employees. One manager told a former employee to never recommend someone to work here. You will never meet your boss. Managers talk about each other and employees negatively where other employees can hear. Corporate has no idea what the Baton Rouge office does but tries to run the office from another state. There is a huge lack of communication and professionalism.

Very low employee morale. Promotions with no compensation. Energy is negative.
