Pros

*Can use pto whenever *option to save pto hours for later use and work on holidays. *Decent building in Houston/Katy *some cool projects

Cons

*Need 100% billable hours, not allowed to charge overhead. *Had to use PTO when there was no billable work due to bad management *lack of mentors *ego within alot of more experienced engineers *Thrown work to figure out without any guidance *will track every single of your mistakes and randomly bring it up to be used against you when it is convenient for them *Coworkers WILL throw you under the bus to save themselves from their own incompetence

Pros

Competitive Pay, Good Benefits, Flexible

Cons

Time management resources are slim. They like to take people who are high performers and pile them high with work while the low grade performers get by doing the bare minimum for the same pay.
