Pros

Company is rather small, with fewer than 100 people. But it feels like a close-knitted family. Management are generally open to suggestions and treat subordinates with respect. Very positive work environment.

Cons

Maybe not too much opportunities for career progression. And because company is small and everyone gets along well, one can easily get too comfortable here.
