Pros

Good selling experience in a tough industry. Company provides a lot of member and community benefits.

Cons

Organization is very political. Company run through new salespeople at a very rapid pace, as beginning years can be extremely lean. Many out-of-pocket expenses.

Pros

Family atmosphere, good pay and benefits. Care about employees and clients. I received pay increases and bonuses. Somewhat flexible.

Cons

No room to advance. If you are there less than 10 years you are considered a newby. I worked my way up pretty fast but topped out in about 1-1 1/2 years. No where else to go since there is no turn over or growth. Had to leave to get a better position. Systems and products are super outdated. Always asked for a new point of view but never took the advice.

Pros

Great compensation, excellent benefits and thy truly value employees. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Technically is out dated compared to what others say.
