Pros

Its easy to get a job with Woodmen. They have decent benefits and always have an orphan service list that you can write business off of.

Cons

Sr. level management is very cut throat. You are basically on your own when you come on as an agent.

Pros

the summer camp deals with all kids, ranging from ages 8-15 years old and then one week of the seniors from 60+ years old. its fun, but the pay is poop.

Cons

pay pay pay. confusing. no advertising in certain parts of the us.
