Great people! The environment at Woodmen is very friendly and inviting. Flexible work environment with great benefits and perks. Woodmen's core values are awesome, they give back to the community in so many ways.

Cons

Technology is out dated but our new Business Technology leaders are working hard to change this and there are a lot of new projects happening!

Small town atmosphere -can be good or bad, you decide. Decent pay and benefits. Cool fun people.

Cons

Communication is terrible. They are a small company but think they are larger. Technology is ten plus years behind.

The pros of working at Woodmen include the great people, strong leadership in operations and IT, as well as the executive team..... and the opportunity to do innovative work.

Cons

As with other companies that are over 100 years old, there are several processes and systems that are not as current as they need to be for employees and customers.
