- Flexible work (hours and location - remote vs hybrid schedule) - Plenty of vacation - Yearly bonuses and raises - Promotions and out of cycle raises - Great work life balance - Feel like a part of the team - lots of support and opportunities for career grown and advancement within Woolpert - Plenty of fun and social events to keep everyone engaged with local offices - Support from all levels of management - Clear vision on strategy and goals from all management from CEO to Sector Leaders to Market Leaders, etc. - Very robust Principal Program

- Our continued growth may be a con for some people seeking opportunities at a smaller firm

Bonus structure is a bit weak. Constant change also means a lack of consistency.

The best things about Woolpert I find is the flexible and supportive environment. Not to mention the faboulous colleagues.

Cons

Remuneration can be a bit below market rate. Also change has been very abrupt and fast lately, although that is a temporary issue.
