      Pros

      Their Network of Occupational Health Professionals was the largest and most knowledge group of individuals that I ever worked with. I felt supported and had great role models who encouraged and challenged me to be the best version of myself.

      Cons

      work life balance suffered due to extensive travel.

      Hostile work environment and no intervention from upper management

      Pros

      I left the best job I've ever had to take a position at WorkCare. I left that job in order to have greater work life balance for my family

      . The lack of teamwork, bullying, and toxicity I have encountered in this clinic is unbelievable. What is even more unbelievable is the lack of intervention by upper management to remedy the situation in any way, shape, or form. Sadly, this employer and workplace rank the lowest of any I have ever worked with/for. I pray that some resolution comes before this clinic goes under due to the hostile environment.
