Thank you for sharing your experience as a former WorkCare team member. We are so glad to hear about your positive experiences at WorkCare. We apologize that our compensation did not match your expectations. We periodically review compensation across the company to ensure that we are paying market rates. We also have made several improvements to ensure that employees are set up for success in their positions, including adding new courses to our online learning platform that employees can access 24/7. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our company.

Pros

remote work, easy data entry type of “reviews”

Cons

Bullying, gossip, supervisor retaliation against employees, no support, lies in interviews to get you on board, no support from HR after complaints of bullying, work is easy but company makes it hard with no structure or organization, no clear indication on expectations or standards. Unethical, you take an oath to do good but with the passes they give on reviewing employees and setting recommended medical guidelines higher to proportions out of range to enable a pass through. why have nurses at all, your signing off on documentation that knowingly as a clinician is not in the best interest of the reviewee. No communication and no real job process when training. Discrimination, gossip, and if the supervisor doesn’t like you she will retaliate against you to oust you, no real effort in employee success because they set you up for failure. High turn over rate very high, they cant keep nurses and the nurses they have have been there for years they’ve forgotten there are other nurses out there with different experiences. don’t expect to actually use your nursing knowledge here. Id say if you were a first year graduate then you can learn a little about occupational health during the orientation lol and add something easy to your resume. For nurses who want career growth and doing work that you feel good about as opposed to how many employees you can pass day in and day out just filling in the blanks like a robot then this place is not it. They need major restructuring and HR is a joke here if they are out for you just quit because no one’s going to do anything to help you here lol.

Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate to hear this was your experience at WorkCare. Although WorkCare has undergone huge growth both internally and with acquisitions in recent years, we have continued to improve communications and enhance our Leadership Training programs to help new and experienced managers in their roles. We also support and value our clinical staff and have dedicated resources in place for RN/LPN training and mentoring. We also make sure that everyone is being treated fairly by communicating, training and implementing more uniform policies and processes. Again, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our company.
