Was hoping the recent changes in management will increase the lack of communication but haven’t seen it yet. When working in the virtual world, communication is even more vital. Poor training and support.

We have made significant improvements to our communication by adding a variety of new tools from a company intranet site to a separate employee hub for policies and procedures. Poor management who REFUSE to actually assist. Poor turn around rate. Company leaders don’t listen to the frontline employees.
