      Favoritism No area for advancement unless you are a RN or a favorite Managers who lack people skills and the ability to communicate like adults Micromanaging

      Excellent cohesive staff. Upper level leadership in touch with daily workings of the operation. Enjoyable work environment. Excellent reputation in the community.

      Cons

      Benefits package could use a makeover. Leave policy a bit lean for size of organization. 401(k) match could be improved especially for those who want to optimize deferrals.
