Pros

Bonuses and bagel day are nice

Cons

Way too much favoritism in this company. Treats employees like trash and managers could care less. Don’t waste your time and avoid this place

We are making sure that everyone is given an opportunity and are being treated fairly by communicating, training and implementing more uniform processes.
