Pros

Fantastic employer with a cracking employee culture, with managers actively supporting you and encouraging you to develop into a commercially focused legally sound advisor. The Company always makes you valued and proud to be part of such a dynamic team. Employee perks are amazing from the free icecream van to pizza days.

Cons

Really can not think of anything- you genuinely look forward to coming into work.

Wonderful to be back after a year away

Pros

I have just had 12 months off on maternity leave. It is quite an apprehensive experience returning after such a long time away from the office, however by lunchtime on my first day, it felt like I'd never been away. The warmth, welcome and enthusiasm of colleagues at EW is infectious. I have been reminded how enjoyable it is to work alongside such talented, focused, professionals with common goals who take pride in working for EW. It was 'Blue Monday' on my second week back in the business, supposedly the most depressing day of the year. Not at EW. We had pizza, prize give-aways and a mind-blowing magician who brightened even the greatest cynic's day!

Cons

The only con in being back is not spending as much time with my son, however I really appreciate that EW has agreed to allow me to work slightly reduced hours, so I can strike the right balance between work and home life.
